This transformative project seeks to provide a snapshot of our regions concerns and public opinion to help guide the region\u2019s planning and future direction.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This a yearly snapshot of the concerns and attitudes of our region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks to get the “PULSE” of our region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n
\n

The work that BMC does is not limited to Baltimore City; we counsel a wide area encompassing, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard, Carroll, and Queen Anne\u2019s counties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We seek to document and understand residents points of view to facilitate the best practices and suitable programs and projects for our region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
