This is the start of a yearly snapshot of the concerns and attitudes of our region.
Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks to get the “PULSE” of our region.
The work that BMC does, is not limited to Baltimore City; we counsel a wide area encompassing, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard, Carroll, and Queen Anne’s counties.
We seek to document and understand residents point of views to facilitate the best practices and suitable programs and projects for our region.

The Pulse : 2024 BMC regional issues survey
